CLASSES

MUAY THAI

We teach authentic Muay Thai techniques and skills. Our classes involve partner work, padwork and bagwork. You don't need any previous martial arts experience to begin learning Muay Thai. 

Challenge your self! Muay Thai is great for increasing fitness levels, physical endurance, self confidence, self defense skills and weight loss. Fitness is not a prerequisite......doing Muay Thai increases your fitness levels. Great sport for the off season of team sports too.

KIDS MUAY THAI

Our kids classes are 45 min versions of an adults class!  We make sure to have as many trainers on this class as possible. The whole group does warm up and technique fundamentals together, then the class is split. The more advanced students doing more complicated techniques or sparring. Build confidence, fitness and have fun!

BOXING

Boxing is an essential component of Muay Thai and great for fitness. Our boxing and Muay Thai students train together. we have a boxing coach and Muay Thai coach teaching at the same time. Our classes involve partner work, padwork and bagwork. .You don't need any previous experience to begin training in boxing.

PUNCHIN' PARKOS

Our Punchin' Parko's program is specifically designed for people with Parkinson's. It is a non-contact Muay Thai and boxing class. Training can slow the progression of the symptoms of Parkinson's disease. Modern research supports the importance of forced, repetitive and complex exercise as an adjunct to conventional medical and surgical treatment for Parkinson's disease. We are opening this class to 55+ years. It is just as important  to be a part of a positive welcoming community as it is to move your body. Come and see us.
